A look (part 2) at Federal Case No. 2014-CV-02574 which has been brought before the United States District Court for the District of Arizona in Tucson, that cites federal Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations law, Title 42 Civil Rights law, and False Claims Act law, for relief from unconstitutionally arbitrary taxation without representation, that transgresses individual citizens’ constitutionally vested executive authority as represented by the dollar, and is in violation of the 5th Amendment and 14th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America.
